Potato Garden

Trustin and I have been very busy. I know, it's hard to believe, what with both of us being such prolific procrastinators. But hear me out.

We have managed to create the lazy-man's garden. Here's how it works. You get some potatoes. These can't be any old potatoes, though. These have to be potatoes that you bought with the intention of cooking and eating but never got around to doing so. So, you need to wait until they're not only old and unpalatable, but sprouty, too. Then, just throw them out onto some patch of ground somewhere and wait for several weeks. Don't keep track of them or it won't work.

Here's what you'll end up with:

Notice the additional garlic (or onion -- who knows?) plant at the bottom right. You don't want your potatoes to be lonely.

Here's another view:

And a closeup of a single potato plant:

If we ever get around to it, we'll replant them. For now, they seem pretty happy right where they are.
